I graduated from Wesleyan University this spring with a double major in Neuroscience and Biology. I love traveling and studied abroad in Madagascar for a semester. I speak French fairly well and some Spanish also. Growing up in the woods of Vermont has made me love the outdoors in all elements. I value healthy food and exercise; I am very active and some of my hobbies include soccer, lacrosse, biking, sailing, gymnastics and hockey skating. When I was thirteen I began babysitting and volunteering at a childcare center for the babies and toddlers of teen parents. Throughout high school and college I worked vacations and summers at this same center, with children 6 weeks to three years. I have also worked part-time for the past 3 years with a child diagnosed with autism and for a summer with a child with cerebral palsy. This summer I am providing childcare and housekeeping for a mother of 3-month-old twins.
